I've put my fluffy slippers on this afternoon and made a casserole.

I have made a big pot of soup.

I was thinking this morning I fancied a big pot of homemade soup, also been craving cottage pie…and I’ve started putting candles on in the evening!

@Sortalike It was thinking about putting the heating on that made me put my slippers on instead!

I went to the beach and had an ice cream. And a glass of rose. Definitely in north Wales, it's still summer drizzle...

Slipper and a casserole sounds exactly what is needed for today. I agree, it’s definitely no longer summer.

Lovely day here in the west of Scotland. I've just been feeding the lawns wearing shorts and t shirt and it's warm and sunny.

Oh noooo - I'm still on holiday somewhere hot and it was warm when we left home. We fly home tomorrow 😭

I put my heating on last night and had a curry 😊

I was the only one at the school gates in shorts and T shirt today, I just feel the heat and won’t be comfortable in long jeans for a while yet.

It feels a bit autumnal now, but I am still wearing shorts (Bermuda style) with a t-shirt and cardigan. I've worn my winter slippers quite often recently, especially in the evenings.

I haven't gone for soup much yet but did bake a loaf of bread today. 😃

I’m on a train which has just left Glasgow central and the heating is on full blast! It’s 17C outside so no need!

I've made soup too

I lit the wood burner last night, ordered a load of firewood this afternoon and fancied porridge for breakfast. It's Autumn in my head.

It’s 21c here in East Anglia. If we’d had these temps in April we’d have been cracking open the picky bits 😂

My heating is already on because the boiler service man is here. It's like a sauna. Quick, open all the windows! 😁
