They've dyed his hair darker at the sides. Presumably to make him look more "normal" or perhaps more statesman like.
The left hand side ( as you look at him, if you can bear it), it's been effed up. Instead of the side burns being white as per an older gent, they've made that black and the hair behind it is still yellow/white.

But that aside, no idea what they've pumped into him but he's off his rocker! That's gonna hurt tomorrow at his age.

I agree that Newson is doing great on this one. He’s positioning himself for a run at 2028, that much is obvious, but he’s playing Trump at his own game which he will HATE. Of course what we don’t want is all the Dems doing the same thing, there needs to be a wide range of tactics used, Newson has claimed this one and is good at it.

Well, not entirely: senior Democrat committee member Jamie Raskin asks why they are hearing from Farage and not from people who have suffered real censorship in Russia or China. He also links Reform UK to the AfD and National Rally. Farage won't like that.

Jamie Raskin is also laying into censorship and suppression of the media under Trump. It's quite the opening statement.
