PMKing and wondering why of all the things MAGA could get rattled over, the Epstein business looms large ?

I am starting to get the sense of team Trump starting to firefight ... having to stomp on little flares here and there which must take it's toll on their effectiveness as a whole. Not quite the dying days of Sunak. But it seems increasingly implausible these threads will continue till November 2028 without something breaking.

I do wonder why Epstein is riling up the orange blob so much, it really must be bad. And MAGAts are fired up big time... at a MAGA youth event they are saying Trump is part of the deep state for covering up for paedophiles.

And look how arsey fatTrump got being asked about it ... he just wants it to go away. I honestly think he is announcing more of these ridiculous tariffs to draw attention away from the subject.

Pausing to look over it slowly - given how much Trump has flip-flopped and not really dented his support - there is definitely a piece of a puzzle that we can't see.

It may be instructive to go back to the MAGA mind. They have made a big deal of worshipping Trump. And yes, we've all had a good laugh at that (remember the ear pillows ?). But there must be a little more nuance in that which has escaped us. And it's that which seems to be rattling them in a way that is clearly rattling Trump.

It's unlikely to be anything as obvious as a tape or photographs - Trumps media machine is well equipped to bat that away.

Either way, it's worth reflecting on the fact that team Trump have managed to engineer the reactionaries paradise. In power, and the opposition has no clue what it wants but can only define itself in opposition to the regime.

Apparently, MAGA spent the Biden years fuming about the paedophiles- all Democrats obviously- who were being protected by the government of the time refusing to reveal the 'Epstein List'. Bigly enthusiastically wound them up by agreeing with them and saying he'd reveal all if they'd be good enough to vote for him. Guess what MAGA? He lied. Of course. Anyway, MAGA is not furious about Bigly's Epstein misdemeanours, they want those pervy Democrats, just like they were promised. Nutters.

I don’t know about the Epstein stuff, it’s definitely odd, and I’m glad it’s not going as he planned.
Orange knows that realistically none of his fans would bat an eyelid about him being involved- we all know he was around Epstein and there’s near nothing Orange could do that would stop MAGAts worship (weirdly!) The orange one would make up some random unbelievable bullshit about it and they’d believe him enough or at least go along with it and expect everyone else to do so as well.
I’m sure he knew himself he’d be on the list and thought he’d get out of it, or thought they could scrub just him off it somehow. I just do wonder if someone else told him no, not happening. His fans actually wouldn’t like that as Orange is the new deity and can do anything and everything with impunity, not be told no you can’t. Alternatively, he only read the headline initially and now realised there’s some horrific detail he felt was too much - which must be mind blowing!
The MAGAts definitely wanted a Democrat to lambast, as did Mr Orange - but I think they would have the capacity to ignore a 1000 republicans on the list and go for the 1 democrat so all told I’m not sure of the reasoning behind no release. I’d like to know - though not sure ‘like’ is the right term tbh.

MAGA not famous for thinking things through. Let me simplify for you MAGA. The Bigly is a front man for the people you hate most. The power behind the Bigly throne -you know, that elite you've been encouraged to hate - was hand in glove with Epstein, as was Bigly. They are above the law and do as they please. Bigly is doubly compromised; by his backers and by his own evidenced behaviour with his 'close friend' Epstein. The Prince Andrew thing was unfortunate but Ghislaine Maxwell's paying for that, Epstein has obligingly left the stage and "nothing to see here, kindly move along. Oh look, there's a Democrat doing something humanitarian over there. How unpatriotic. Stone him".

There's a high chance that 🍊🌮 is going to be rather grumpy today. His sunday golf was interrupted by some pesky Europeans playing football soccer...

I know they have to do it, because it’s the President of a supposedly friendly country, but I really wish both the Palace and Parliament would tell the orange turd to FOTTFSOFANFOA, to use a favourite MN acronym.

It looks like they are keeping him in and around Windsor and it is very unlikely he will address Parliament.
