I don't know how Americans living there can stand it. My sanity teeters on the brink from the Trump outrages every day and I'm not involved, have no family there. Utter hellscape fast approaching. And the rest of the world bends its knee. What else can it do ?

Every time DH talks to his brothers in the US (probably 2-3 times a week) I ask him if they are outraged by whatever latest thing Trump is doing and the answer seems to be that they're 'concerned' (shades of Susan Collins there 🙄) but there's no wailing or gnashing of teeth... I can't understand it (and neither can DH) I'm in an almost permanent state of apoplexy... in case it wasn't obvious!

I haven't seen acrossthepond for a while, I hope she is alright.

I was thinking about her today as well. They may be off grid in their camper van - hopefully that's the case.
