Strawberries from the garden still slightly warm from the sun. Much tastier than the bland ones you get in supermarkets

Aparecium · 05/08/2025 14:53

Watermelon.

Though a fig freshly picked from my dad's garden comes a very close second.

Wynter25 · 05/08/2025 14:54

Passion fruit

menopausalfart · 05/08/2025 14:55

Gala apples. Sweet and crunchy.

pecanpiee · 05/08/2025 14:56

Sweet water melon. Raspberries.

boymamaof3 · 05/08/2025 16:38

Mangoes always

TheLeadbetterLife · 05/08/2025 16:41

Pomegranate. I prefer the pale pink Mediterranean ones over the very dark magenta Middle Eastern ones.

afaloren · 05/08/2025 16:42

Raspberries.

Alltheburpees · 05/08/2025 16:42

Ripe honeydew melon. With a sprinkle of ginger.

Jewelanemone · 05/08/2025 16:43

Any melon, and raspberries. Fresh pineapple 🍍

yousillygoose · 05/08/2025 16:44

All varieties of melon and great British strawberries.

MarySueSaidBoo · 05/08/2025 16:44

Melon, especially Limelon from M & S. Or a semi ripe cantaloupe.

ButterfliesnWaterfalls · 05/08/2025 16:46

Oranges 🍊

Aintgointogoa · 05/08/2025 16:46

Papaya. But I have to admit passion fruit is a very close call !

spoonbillstretford · 05/08/2025 16:47

Peach.

PolyVagalNerve · 05/08/2025 16:48

lychee
I could literally live on them

KiteFlight · 05/08/2025 16:48

Watermelon, strawberries and blueberries.

BotterMon · 05/08/2025 16:48

Papaya and mango. Especially fresh off my friend's farm in Samoa!

MineKraft · 05/08/2025 16:49

Watermelon (with lime squeezed on top) followed closely by a ripe juicy mango.

evtheria · 05/08/2025 16:50

Raspberries or Jambu

Novanonplus · 05/08/2025 16:51

Nectarines

Baconmanor · 05/08/2025 16:52

I love a gooseberry. I remember when I was a kid in the 80s we’d have big punnets of gooseberries, but now I never see them, and if I see them for sale they’re quite sour.
I had some in Finland a couple of years back, they were delicious, so sweet and enormous just as I remembered. I wonder if they prefer cooler summers or something?

squashyhat · 05/08/2025 16:55

A really ripe peach. Unobtainable in the UK.

Skybluepinky · 05/08/2025 16:55

Fresh figs, and dragon fruit with the pink insides.

LittleBoost · 05/08/2025 16:56

Alltheburpees · 05/08/2025 16:42

Ripe honeydew melon. With a sprinkle of ginger.

This sounds incredible. Is that just ground ginger on it?
