Places that gave you the heebie jeebies

There have been a few places have made me feel uneasy but only one place gave me such an immediate visceral reaction that I practically ran out of it… the Time Out Market ladies toilets in Porto.
Yes, really,
Such an odd experience.
It’s situated upstairs of the food market. Down a short corridor but the whole place was painted white. It gave off very clinical vibes, and even though I really needed to go, I just turned heel and literally legged it out of there.
Anyone actually been there and had similar feelings? Or anywhere else that has made you feel physically uneasy or have I been watching too many horror movies?
(Disclaimer: I’m a number one wuss and never watch horror movies!)

I didn't feel any vibes at all while at Culloden and have visited a few times. Sad, sad story.

Ye olde Cheshire cheese pub toilets had a weird experience there. Conquest house Canterbury, similar feeling in toilet.

Luckily had nothing else since or I’d run out of the place. Have been to countless historic places, Edinburgh Vaults (also creepy) and jails (disused). I used to joke to family or boyfriend when driving through an old market town with a square that that freaked me out as they probably hung witches there.

Yep I hated Skye too. Very oppressive atmosphere and couldn't wait to leave.

Stonehenge has also given me the heebie-jeebies since I was a child (I'm in my early sixties now) When we drove down to Devon for our holidays I always knew when we were nearing Stonehenge and would not look out of the window until we were well past it. The one occasion Dad decided to stop there for a break I cried, but cheered up at the offer of an ice cream. I finished my 99 cone, climbed on a rock and fell, knocking myself out. It is not a good place for me and It still gives me the shivers even after all this time!

I too have a vague memory of Kamloops being creepy when I was in Canada in 1986....
