I couldn't decide if I wanted honey or caramel in my coffee this morning I made both and took one with me to go.

I put the washing out this morning. It dried quickly in the sun so I ironed it and then put the ironing away. I was so chuffed I text my husband to tell him. I realised I after I text him I am boring as fuck. And that’s how I like it 😉

I pulled off a toenail earlier (it was already loose from a half marathon). Randomly it looks better than the bruised nail there before.

The snooker is on tv but I'm not watching it.

I found a few greenfly on the cat so I squashed them.

I decanted some shampoo into a travel sized bottle

My tea has gone lukewarm.

I couldn't see anything I fancied for lunch, so I ate yesterday's leftover coleslaw (homemade) straight out of the dish. It was rather nice, too.

Couldn't decide what to have on toast, so just had butter.

I bought some allegedly local strawberries from a farm shop that turned out to be very much not local based on the box there were in. We still ate them.

I’m a bit tired and feel like taking a nap.

Can I ask, what is it like when a nail comes off, does the nail bed hurt or is sensitive to touch or anything like that? Because one of DD's nails looks like its going to fall off after an infection and she is worried about it. She did have all her nails fall off after HFM years ago but I can't remember what it was like.

I mopped the floor, it had needed doing for quite a while.

It doesn’t hurt at all, however you are best to leave it until it’s practically falling off. I caught it putting on leggings this morning - it felt a bit weird (as it’s not a normal feeling). I then assessed it and could see it was just hanging on by a corner. I pulled lightly and it came off 🙂 Underneath is thick skin that looks a lot like a nail.

I damaged it 2 months ago. It started off red, and the bruise then rose to the surface a few weeks after just below the nail bed. During that whole period it was only ever a bit tender (it never has hurt).

The section near the top might become loose first. I’d recommend trimming it, but applying pressure to the bottom of the nail at the same time (as that bit is still attached and could hurt if that makes sense?).

I burnt my omelette this morning.

I'm cleaning blueberry stains out of the rug, as I hadn't realised one had dropped on the floor and I stepped in it.

I wanted tomato in my cheese sandwich for lunch but had to settle for onion as I forgot the cherry tomatoes again.
