The duller the better!

I’ll start… I couldn’t decide which yoghurt to have, so had a few spoonfuls of both. Cherry, then Mango and Passionfruit.

i requested a doctors appointment online at 8.00 am.
i got a call back at 3.30
in fact they called 3 times, in quick succession, of course i was driving!

We had the winter tyres put on our car

I had a letter to say I need to renew my photo driving licence.

I had mine put on a few weeks ago, and was very much in need of them yesterday - first snow

The postman had his shorts on today. It is not shorts temperature here.

I didn’t get any mail today or see any post delivery people in shorts or any other attire.

I had to scrape the car this morning. My son (18yo) is still wearing short and t-shirt and has his window open in his room since arriving home.

i poured warm water on the windscreen which just froze up!

at work colleague had a blower on which was far too much and too hot for me i had to put a fan of cold air on!
but the stars in the sky tonight are Amazing

Just had to turn the boiler off. It appears to have been leaking for some time and most things in the airing cupboard are now soaked and some things have gone mouldy. It has just missed the electrics by a tiny amount.

So that's going be fun for the next few days. 🙄

I had to take a Skechers bag to my course today as my normal backpack has gotten all sticky inside due to a leaking sweet.

I am on a train. It was running late. It is now held outside the terminus, waiting for a previous train to leave the platform and free it up. After a lengthy wait, it turns out the other train has broken down at the platform. My train now has to wait to be rerouted to an alternative platform. This is apparently complicated by it's length.

Our kitchen tap is leaking so OH cut the water off to it last night but I didn't know this as I had already gone to bed. He thoughtfully filled the kettle for me before cutting the water off but I poured it all out thinking I'd put some fresh water in and then discovered no water was coming out of the tap.

Had to fill up in the toilet sink which felt wrong.

I bought some Satsumas in M&S and thought of Mumsnet.

had the hygienist which was frightening but rewarding

I've got a cold coming.

We haven’t had any snow here, it’s been quite sunny at times.
But it’s cold now.

Good news! I have heating again. Apparently more stuff needs to be replaced on the boiler, so no hot water until some point tomorrow.

It is still cold here but at least my car isn’t frosted over, unlike DH’s.

We had no peanut butter left this morning, so I had to have almond butter in my porridge

I thought it was raining. It was snowing.

Delivered Sept/Oct VAT papers to accountant.

Had to sweep snow off the car today
