The duller the better!

I’ll start… I couldn’t decide which yoghurt to have, so had a few spoonfuls of both. Cherry, then Mango and Passionfruit.

It’s raining but I didn’t have to look outside to know that. Years ago I fell down stairs at the cinema and hurt my foot/ankle. It now hurts like crazy whenever it’s raining.

I had to undo 5 loooong rows of knitting for the second time. But now I've realised where the mistake was, so it's sorted.

Cat one - present - check.
Cat two - present - check.
Cat three - awol - drat.

I have been sitting here bored stiff for the past hour and a quarter, going to the back door every few minutes and calling... still awol. It's windy and raining, and I bet the little bugger has found somewhere warm and dry to see out the night.

He's got 5 minutes and that's it.

DD was knitting a hat for her final project for textiles this year. She had to undo about half of it because she had made a mistake. Then she decided she'd just make a headband, rather than a whole woolly hat Her teacher was not impressed but at least she finished it in time.

I'm drinking my first cup of tea of the day. If I'm quick, I have time for a second before I leave for work, but its a bit too hot to drink quickly. I should have added more cold water (don't take milk in tea so I add a splash of cold water instead to make it drinkable temperature)

Cat actually did turn up within the 5-minute window I gave him last night.

I just did my back in while washing the dishes so I’m now sitting on the sofa channel hopping as I don’t know what I want to watch.

Awww it's nice that she's doing knitting for school though! I'm a (non-practical-subject) teacher and I run a knitting and crochet club at school.

She hates knitting but its compulsory (and sewing and crochet). She's so happy she can drop textiles next year! Woodwork is definitely more her thing.

Wet myself at the trampoline park, have been browsing tena lady options on Boots since we got back ( after a shower ) because the children really enjoyed it.

I'm giving my first English lesson at work today (teaching my colleagues, and possibly my boss too, English at various levels) and I've decided to start things off with a test. Very boring, for them. Amusing for me.

Had an ice cream from my local ice cream parlour today. Almost went for a banana split but settled for a cornet with chocolate ice cream and cream on top. Then went to Waitrose where they had just stopped a shoplifter with a trolley full of alcohol.

I got soaked on my lunchtime walk. It's also going to rain for my evening run

I've just cleaned the kettle.

i had a big lunch, home made soup, houmous sandwich, and two cakes!

We had some police on motorbikes outside our shop today but they left after five minutes 😴😴😴

The dog groomer cancelled today.

Im having cornflakes with warm milk

I need to do the washing up before I go to bed.

Toddler peed on the floor 5 times and 0 times in the potty.

I took the day off today as yesterday was a public holiday and going back to work after one day off just feels too weird.

A Thursday public holiday is madness!

I'm awake at 6.30 and its annoyed me.

It is rather mad but Ascension Day is always a Thursday so every year we have this madness, and compounded by it being the last week of school this year so the schools were all off yesterday and back in today for the last proper day of school. Mad.

Ah ok ,Thursday though 😀

Just googled and its a holiday in lots of countries.
