The duller the better!

I’ll start… I couldn’t decide which yoghurt to have, so had a few spoonfuls of both. Cherry, then Mango and Passionfruit.

I think most people who can, just take the Friday off and make a long weekend out of it, which makes it nice, and usually schools give the Friday off too but not this year because it coincided with the last week.

There's also May Day which can be any day of the week, when its a Wednesday its quite nice, a little midweek break from work but Tuesday or Thursday just makes it annoying. And if falls on a weekend that's the worse, as then the day off is wasted for weekday workers.

I've descaled the toilet.

Went out for sushi today. Ate too much. No regrets.

And I just found in my pocket the chocolate I took from the bowl by the till and its all melted now.

I've been sorting out a very old stamp album I bought at a car boot sale the other week. I had no idea there used to be so many French colonies.

I went to see a friend in her new house today. The waze app was very helpful in getting me there.

due to a cock up with my bank card, i have no bank card, dh got me cash, i went food shopping, it was totally to the wire and very stressful!

I used a straw to measure kids feet the shoes I got don't fit so something went wrong

I gave an English lesson today. My boss missed the first lesson last week so I made him take a test.

I’ve got pre-menstrual backache so I’ve just taken two paracetamol.

I’m going to buy some eggs today.

I'm going to try out our new vacuum cleaner today. First test: the staircase.

I had a terrible night sleep last night so im going to lie on my bed for an hour or so nap and mn.

I bought chia seeds yesterday for the first time.

Needed to find a way to hold a socket extension up on the wall so I had a brilliant idea of cutting a piece of wood with a bridge going over the wire so it could sit securely on that. Went off to cut the wood, which was a bit tricky.

Then someone came and told me they changed their mind and moved the item that needed the extension to a different place, where it wouldn't need one, so my brilliant idea and work were in vain.

I am sulking now.

One of my cats brings me in a daily gift of a leaf, usually laurel. Today she surprised me with sycamore.

I’m on day 3 of being jet lagged. It’s making me grumpy. I just want a decent nights sleep.

My right eye is itchy so I'm going to take an antihistamine.

I bought some eggs yesterday but haven’t used any yet.

I got a headache.
