Inspiration post!

Thai green chicken curry with peppers and sugar snap peas in the curry, brown basmati rice and some whole sweetcorn on the side because I couldn't get baby sweetcorn to go in the curry.

Salad with Avocado and prawns.

Chicken and sweet potato hash, previously batch made. Lidl website recipe. Tastes so much better than it looks!

Lasagne with some green beans and runner beans.

Bonus - DD will take leftovers for lunch tomorrow so apart from some extra veggies I don't need to worry about pak ups!

Tonight we are having teriyaki salmon and greek salad and garlic bread.

I’m having a Caesar Salad with chips and a mega glass of gavi. DH & DD are having steak ciabatta with mushrooms, onions and pepper corn sauce with chips on the side.

Chicken tom kha. DS has a friend over- they’re making pizza.

Surprisingly warm bank holiday weather which hadn’t expected so think it will be a couple of chopped salads, maybe a hummus / baba ganoush although that can be a faff! Tiger bread and oils and maybe some nice cold ham to eat in the garden

Moussaka, baby spinach salad. It's the last one from the home made batch out of the freezer, so I have a good excuse for a new shoulder of lamb....

M&S "best ever" chicken tikka massala and a veg samosa and a glass of really nice rose. Home alone, DH at the football.

Tofu red Thai curry with sticky rice, followed by mango fruit salad

Tonight we had marinated chicken drumsticks and a salad made of lettuce, carrots, cucumber, almonds, tomatoes, beetroot, blueberries and Aldi Caesar salad dressing. It was really tasty.
