Inspiration post!

Just been weighing this up.

Decided to go for Chicken Vesuvio and Parmesan broccoli.

I’m picking dh up from LHR later, don’t know whether he’ll have eaten on the plane, so I’ve made a quiche and potato salad, which we could also have tomorrow.

We are having leftovers for dinner tonight consisting of roast chicken,warm salad ( new potatoes,courgettes,asparagus and vinaigrette) with wraps,houmous ,falafels and salads

we are having (very inauthentic!) nasi goreng today. Rice, teriyaki shredded carrots, cucumber, garlic prawns, a fried egg, salted peanuts

Stir-fry with duck breast (yellow sticker picked up this evening). Random veg that needed to be used up so a handful of mushrooms, courgette, broccolli, garlic in a throw together sauce. Served with some rice

Even if it was a traditional recipe handed down through the generations it would be unauthentic as it should be breakfast.

Can anyone help with the lamb? I'm thinking I might make a stuffing.

I was going to suggest you look up a recipe for beef olives & use your lamb instead of beef?

I'm working late so want something easy. Having a ready made salmon en croute with a big salad.

Just bought lots of ready prepped stuff from Waitrose on Deliveroo, so I can loll in the garden and enjoy the sunshine.
Chicken kebabs with various marinades.
Burgers. Corn fritters. Dips and sides. Pistachio ice cream for pudding.

Egg and chips

managed to get large potatoes for a change so having jacket potatoes,
beans, sweet corn, salad, tuna

Homemade burgers in brioche buns with sweet potato fries and various salads

Rare rump steak, onion's and pepper corn sauce.

@chattyness Thank you. I'll look one up. I tried frying a couple of slices and it went in to stringy thin fatty strips.

At our Mystery Pub dinner we had a delicious pork loin stuffed with apricots, and salads and a goat cheese and tomato tart with salads.

Last night I shoved some chinese chicken thighs into the oven as I was exhausted after a really full day at work and tonight we are out to celebrate the end of Year 10 exams with DS1.

Apparently there are meatballs, a sauce and pasta in the fridge at home that I can get excited about…

I may have to go to the supermarket when I get home…or maybe even on my way to the airport here…

Just had the most amazing massive salad, basically the one below but instead of green beans I substituted roast butternut squash. So so good.
