Quick version of a roast as I fancy one but it's too hot really and I can't be bothered. Roast chicken, roast potatoes with skin on, ready made Yorkshire puddings and a mix of tinned and frozen veg.

Chicken pilaf. I usually do lamb but today felt a lighter meat was called for. It has rice, chicken stock, cinnamon, turmeric, onion, carrots, sultanas, fresh coriander, pomegranite seeds and greek yoghurt.

Pilaf is my usual Sunday dish.
