Describe your mam in 3 words

With the day that’s in it , it got me thinking of 3 words I would think of when describing a loving mother .

The 3 words I thought of are the polar opposite from the words I would use to describe my own mam .

For my mam I think of drunk , self centered & selfish . Which is actually quite sad .

I rang her this morning to wish her happy Mother’s day and to say I would call
up after lunch with her gift & cards … she had gone to the pub when I got there !! I left them
in the porch .

I would describe my own mum as; beautiful, fearless, kind

Can you go back and take the presents home with you ? If she can't be bothered to see you then keep them for yourself.

On the other hand, her mother, my grandmother was cheerful, thoughtful, vivacious. Spent a lot of time with her, thank God.

Complex, fierce, brave. Not always the easiest mother but she made me strong.

She wasn’t a very good mother, and she had some addiction issues, but she was a fabulous woman and I miss her still
