We tried out a Gousto recipe for the chipotle mac and cheese and it was delicious.

Not very hungry tonight so we had a little caprese salad, it was lovely!

Pizza. Realised I had failed to press submit on husbands tax return when we got the £100 fine today. Spent 45mins finding his gov gateway id so we could press the submit button. Needed comfort food.

I’m still on my way home from work. Was meant to be cooking chicken and chorizo rice and the ingredients are in my bag but DP has just text and said he’s ordered a curry and is picking it up when he picks me up.

I didn’t ask him to pick me up - he’s a goodun!

Waiting for Dd to get home from athletics and then we’re having a salmon stir fry. I’ve already had an appetiser of a glass of wine and a few kettle chips.

Chickpea soup, bread, orange. Am in bed sick so am eating whatever the family deliver to my door.

Peperonata turned into a version of shakshouka by adding chill flakes, Worcester sauce and two eggs.

We had Greek style wraps filled with bbq chicken and pakora plus green salad. Bit random but delicious

Laid out everything to make pasta this morning before I went to work would take 15 minutes but I’m tired so have microwave fresh chicken soup, bread and cheese.

Two kiwis, an orange and a spoon of peanut butter. Baby has been screaming at me all day and has finally just gone to sleep. I don't have the energy to eat a real meal right now.
