We tried out a Gousto recipe for the chipotle mac and cheese and it was delicious.

Home made chilli con carne.

Cully & Sully chicken risotto pot - highly recommend!

Beef stir fry with noodles, heavy on the ginger which I love.

We had orzo with prawns and marinated feta - an Ottolenghi recipe and a firm family favourite. I'm feeling extra pleased about it, as I made 1.5 times the pasta so there are leftovers to be had cold for lunch tomorrow (although there's no more feta to go with it, sadly).

Toasted wraps and salad

I cooked some mince and everyone built a different version - cheeseburger with cheese, pickles and salad, Mexican with salsa and avocado, southern with bbq sauce and slaw

This and it was delicious!

Some salad with prawns and mussels then a keto pudding.

Dh & I had kedgeree and our two adult girl's aren't feeling great so had a beige dinner

Dinner at home this eve so Steak, baby corn and spinach for DS9 and chicken spring onion gyoza ramen for myself.

Pokebowls with salmon.

Tea is teatime- 5-6pm
Dinner is afternoon - dinner time 12-1… but that’s another thread 🤪

We had Seabass, parsley sauce, mash and peas at 6pm 😬😋

We had chicken, bacon and potato soup followed by apple crumble cake with custard or ice cream.

Casserole with vegetables.

A nuttella and banana toastie with some strawberries

Beef casserole from the slow cooker, roast potatoes, carrots and peas. Leftover birthday cake for after.

I made a chicken and mushroom sauce with leftover roast chicken, then had it with baked potatoes and broccoli. DS had his with pasta.

An M&S prawn bucatini with some added rocket and santini tomatoes

5 rice crackers. I'm stressed and everything is tasting wrong

A small bowl of cold curry, it was a very sweet curry which I made myself with chicken, sultanas, mango chutney and coconut milk.

Beef stew with loads of root vegetables.

Some boring tomato pasta and cheese, because DD wanted it. I would have preferred something more interesting!
