Postcode Lottery Winners

Hi,

Are there any postcode lottery winners out there? I’m talking people who won more than £5 or e-gift cards? I know there are showing on TV people winning considerable amounts of money but I’m still skeptical…Contemplating if I should carry on playing or stop the monthly subscription.

I won £1000 in 2019 - it gave me the final nudge I needed to quit my job and help care for my dad in his final months with cancer.

It wasn't enough to do that really, but I had also just finished my degree and wanted to move on from my job to something new but I was feeling too guilty to leave work in the lurch - this landed just as I was feeling torn and it all seemed to fall together.

Each player in a road in the next village from mine won over £400,000 each a few months ago.

Our friends recently won £60k ! I was delighted for them . Then they won another grand . We've only won £20 so far . A friend of a friend won £30k .

A group of people in the next village all won about £30,000 each a couple of years ago.

Don’t they draw on every single post code whether or not you are signed up making the odds a lot lower of winning. I am in it but only won a £10 here and there and sod all on the daily trivia game, but quite like doing that.

Only postcodes that have paid to enter are entered in to the draw.
I moved house & my old street won over £3k a few weeks after I transferred the postcode :(

We've won a few tenners and a gift of a Carmen heated blanket before Christmas, but nothing else! Didn't even know about the daily trivia thing!

I've been in it for years, o ly won a couple of £10, nothing substantial.

Too scared to cancel, sod's law the postcode would come up if I did. 🙄

Only won £10/£12 a few times and a choice of a prize once. I do the daily quiz and have never won anything but a bit of fun.
My FOMO keeps me doing it but looking on the map we haven't had many winners over £1000 near me at all.

My friend's mum won't £250,000. Her next door neighbours - both the husband and wife played, so they each got £250k!
