Seriously?

Also he is prepared to put boots on the ground.

It's insane

What’s insane about it?

Carping again.

This is not new.

Quierounlibro · 02/03/2025 20:02

I guess you all think war with Russia is a good thing then?

Boosting our economy on the life or death of Ukrainians. How exactly is wanting peace in Ukraine, anti Ukrainian?

IKR. Just give Putin Ukraine and get over it. Simples.

But what is the plan for peace?

What is a coalition of the willing?

A coalition of the willing is a coalition of those willing to work for, and defend., peace. Obviously. It allows any nation who is willing to step up to do so. Like, for eg, the US.

What is the problem with it in your view?
Boots on the ground as a peacekeeping force.

Who has said anything about the UK going to war with Russia? Starmer hasn't. He has talked about peacekeeping in the event of a deal.

What does peace with Ukraine look like to you then?

(I think I know the answer)

Because its touted as "peacekeeping " but how soon before it isn't that? How long before we are at war? Its a dangerous move.

So what do you think should happen?

It's only dangerous if Russia attacks.

There are peacekeepers all over the world. Keeping the peace.
Better to have peacekeepers than not have peace keepers.

That's it. I am a special Guardian Reader bot. My mission is to learn more about left wing and right wing opinions in the UK.

Then I report my results back to the Guardian and they ignore them and write an article about the sex life of North Londoners

pointythings · 02/03/2025 20:26

Quierounlibro · 02/03/2025 20:24

Come on, at least grace us with an attempt at an answer, if only to prove me wrong.

There are some very powerful images coming out of today's meeting - Western Allies meeting together without the USA.

The USA is out on a limb now - it seems strange to have all these allies but the USA not being involved. It does feel a bit like the EU without the UK. We are stronger together.

Because that works

PandoraSox · 02/03/2025 20:33

Don't bot hunt! You know there are eager fingers hovering on the report button.

pointythings · 02/03/2025 20:33

Quierounlibro · 02/03/2025 20:32

That makes no sense, nor is it an answer to the question I asked you. You're doing nothing for your credibility here.

Quierounlibro · 02/03/2025 20:34

How could you ever prove you knew my answer

PandoraSox · 02/03/2025 20:34

Quierounlibro · 02/03/2025 20:32

Because that works

Why not say what you would like to see haspen? If you don't like Starmer's plan you must have an alternative in mind.
