A coalition of the willing is a coalition of those willing to work for, and defend., peace. Obviously. It allows any nation who is willing to step up to do so. Like, for eg, the US.

What is the problem with it in your view?

Who has said anything about the UK going to war with Russia? Starmer hasn't. He has talked about peacekeeping in the event of a deal.

What does peace with Ukraine look like to you then?

Because its touted as "peacekeeping " but how soon before it isn't that? How long before we are at war? Its a dangerous move.

There are some very powerful images coming out of today's meeting - Western Allies meeting together without the USA.

The USA is out on a limb now - it seems strange to have all these allies but the USA not being involved. It does feel a bit like the EU without the UK. We are stronger together.
