Anyone Seen The Wicked Movie?

I’ve heard good things so far. What do you guys reckon to it?

Seeing it on Wednesday. Cannot wait!

It was spectacular and great acting but having not seen the stage show I don't think I'd be rushing to now. I do like a musical but the music for me just isn't great and it was a bit high schooly for me. Acting was fab though and entertaining, didn't get bored at all!

With the cameos, if you don't know who it is/they are from watching it then you probably won't care as it's not mainstream celebs like lindsay lohan/margot robbie/kristen bell.

The stage musical is certainly very high-schooly, and outside of ‘For Good’, Defying Gravity’ and ‘Popular’, I found the rest of the music a total yawnfest.

I absolutely blimmin loved every single second of it.

Going again next week. Ariana and Cynthia were perfect.

It dragged a bit for me 😬 and I found the music very uninspiring other than the couple of big numbers.
I didn’t get to see it all because dd hurt herself and we had to leave the cinema (she had been fidgeting as it didn’t hold her attention, but that’s not uncommon for her)
and unfortunately I can’t help but find Ariana Grande super super irritating and a terrible actress, but traumatised by my older kids watching Sam and Kat and her voice and style was very similar to when she played that character.

Went today. Can't even begin to explain how shit it was!! I have never left the cinema half way through a film until today......
So purile, vacuous, purified crap!!!

It was too long. I got bored!
