Hi Insaniacs, I am very happy now you have cleaned out my corner, I have my I.V. Tanker of Voddy and a crate of chocolate....not to mention Padders!
Very cross with WK for trying to lure him away....so I have locked HJ in the dungeon downstaies and they can talk through the bars....I have posted the key to Sweetsong so she can decide when to let him out

I am digusted that you lot don't remember decimalisation, my pocket money went from 8 old pence to 3 new pence, so I lost out it should have been 4 new pence! huh that's parents for you.

When and where is the party I still have my 70's gear so am ready and waiting!

bunglie mine is gin

MrsSteg · 09/01/2005 21:35

But what else have you got in that rather large pouch of yours??

Bunglie · 10/01/2005 09:52

OOh! Gin...hand it over please, my Gerby is rather partial to it...

I took two tablets Steggy but have to go to the hospital today, hence that is why Gerby and I are up early, dressed and waiting for the nice men in green jump suits to pick me up! Don't you think the ambulance drivers look like sticks of celery in their uniforms???
Hmm...you want a tablet too Gerby,

Oh glad you feel better Gerby but you want some of KM's gin......don't we all,
I think we will get Secur to frisk her!
See you after my hosp visit...I am leaving Gerby by the 'puter so he can keep an eye on you, it would be nice if you said hello to him every now and then so he does not get lonely
Do you like his new name 'Gerby', rather unique I thought for a unique little gerbil!!

Hello!!!! Hope the hospital visit goes well Bunglie!!!

Sweetsong · 10/01/2005 12:34

I hope so too, Bunglie.

I wonder if I could ask for some good, positive vibes from my lovely hutchmates? Some of you know that my dad has cancer; it was originally thought to be contained but now we know that it's lymphoma - meaning that he has cancer of the lymphatic system. He has had CAT scans and bone marrow tests done to see how far the cancer has spread - if it hasn't gone outside the lymph then the prognosis is still good and there is every chance that chemo will work for him.

He gets his results this afternoon, and although I know we can't change the results now, I really would appreciate some strong, positive vibes from my lovely friends on the OJ threads to help get us all through this afternoon.

Bunglie · 10/01/2005 14:57

I got back from the hospital a while ago, it was really quick and all was OK

I am sending you ALL the good vibes I can...

I really hope things are OK, but do keep us informed as we will continue to think of you and all of your family at this time.
Lots and lots of love Bunglie XX

Sending you some MEGA VIBES OF GOOD WISHES AND LOVE

and deffo some mega cyberhugs {{{{{{{{{}}}}}}}}}

RTKangaMummy · 10/01/2005 15:22

Bunglie glad everything ok for you 2

WigWamBam · 10/01/2005 17:14

Thanks for the good vibes ... needed those!

The results were as good as we could have wished for, the lymphoma hasn't spread outside the lymph. The lymph nodes are clear, and there's no sign of any nasties in the bone marrow and no more tumours. The oncologist is pretty certain that it will take less than three short doses of chemo to zap it into the oblivion where it belongs.

RTKangaMummy · 10/01/2005 18:40

WWB I am so relieved for you all

I really hope that the chemo zaps it away.

{Sorry don't really know much about cancer.}

Please keep us updated with how he is going and sending more cyberhugs to you and whole family {{{{{{{{{}}}}}}}}}

WigWamBam · 10/01/2005 22:37

I am Soooo Glad about your Dad WWB, but am worried about your multiple personalities....I like Sweetsong....'cos you are sweet(sickly)

Please do keep us updated about your dad. We will start on a special project sending him good vibes and jokes to cheer him up as necessary. In the meantime TLC is being sent as required.

WigWamBam · 11/01/2005 14:38

Thanks Bunglie . It means a lot.

I wouldn't be too worried about my multiple personalities - although you migh be if you met some more of them - you do realise you've only met about half of them, don't you?

Bunglie · 11/01/2005 14:45

Hmm...I called Coddy a 'cow' yesterday by mistake....don't say a word! I put 'CowCalCoddy' instead of 'LOWCalCoddy'! I am still Blushing
She threatened me with ahg! snails so I have left a mental note to myself not to drink gin at lunchtime! so could you please increase the Voddy so I don't get the DT's!

Here Gerby, Gerby...nice Voddy from WWM........

I think KM scared him when she would not let him see in her pouch....poor Gerby is traumatised!

OP posts:
WigWamBam · 11/01/2005 14:59

I saw you call coddy "cowcalcod", laughed my little socks off! Fancy threatening you with snails, who would do such a thing?

Who's this WWM who's providing the voddy now? Isn't mne good enough? It's Smirnoff, you know ... and anyway, didn't I send you a fleet of tankers yesterday?

Bunglie · 11/01/2005 15:31

It was a typo (again) sigh! I put 'C' instead of 'L' and now a 'M' instead of a 'B'...oh **

So you were lurking eh....you did not rush in and save my blushes I note! oh of all people too.....ah! the

Bring on the Voddy!
