My 'Following' tab is dead because everyone interesting has left.

My 'For you' tab is full of Elon Musk's prolific blithering and other right wing shit, and AI bots commenting on posts generated by AI bots.

Given Musk's exceptionally prominent role in Trump's new government, is it appropriate for UK politicians to be posting on there? I don't think they'd use Truth Social.

I think he created this cult of personality around himself. First he portrayed himself as a genius inventor, now he’s a free speech messiah, both which with a little digging can be proven not to be true.
Ultimately I think it’s difficult for people that firmly believe in him to even consider that he may simply be a really good businessman and salesman that became the richest man in the world with a combination of good start in life, big ego and luck.

See, I was sitting on the fence if I should mention him being a good businessman considering the disastrous purchase of twitter. But now he owns a platform where he is free to change the algorithm however he likes, kind of the equivalent of Murdoch of social media, so maybe it was worth it.
