Please could someone recommend some hardwearing non stick pans?

I was looking at the Ninja Zero Stick range, but the lady I was speaking to in Lakelanf said that you're just paying for the name with Ninja.

We seem to get through saucepans very quickly, and have done spectacularly well this time, and totally trashed a set of pans in under 5 years. Non stick is all chipped, and the rims of the pans are really pitted - it's as if the lids are made of a harder metal than the pans. They were Green Pan.

Previously we'd had a set of Ciculon non stick pans for about 8 years.

Prior to that, a set of Prestige pans for 15 years - not non stick, but eventually all the handles fell off. We did put them in the dishwasher, but haven't with the more recent pans.

We do cook from scratch most nights; often a veggie meal and a meaty meal, so we are pretty hard on our pans.

Stella stainless steel bought 30 years ago. Absolutely nothing wrong with them except they don't work on an induction hob so will have to go. Regularly buy a cheap Ikea non stick frying pan but that's the only non stick I would buy.

Are you sure they don't work on induction? My Stellar stainless steel ones do.
