Is anyone else watching the labour manifesto launch? Powerful stuff, we've had a young dad who lives in a one bed flat with two kids and his wife and now a teacher with cancer who was let down by the NHS and will be dead in the next 3 years.

The BBC need to sort the sound out though. I've given up and gone to the labour party's YouTube page.

What keeps running through my head is how bad Boris Johnson and Liz Truss were as prime ministers. And yet Rishi Sunak has managed to be terrible in totally different ways.

Thinking of him being still PM on May 5th just makes me feel "eurgh!" Before we get into more fucking up of the country.

Thanks for sharing .I did watch it last night , good to see his actual reaction clearly instead of seeing and hearing the guff being spouted.

With the political robot question, I'm probably overthinking this, but it felt like in prep Labour thought this likely to come up, or a variety of it, but it is rather weirdly worded. Maybe deliberately by the audience member to get Starmer to come up with a more honest response not scripted, but really it's just become a bit of a non question. I mean I'm not sure how anyone could respond. Or the robot bit is a distraction, what he really asks is why should I vote for you? Show me you've got more political depth?
