I have to confess I am little confused. Sunak appears to be telling me what Labour's plans are and will cost. I thought there was no plan?

Yeah he has said it numerous times and said no tax rise is a set amount.

Just every time he denies it Sunak shouts over him "he will rise taxes by £2000".
