Intense celebrity crush: menopause or madness

I previously considered myself a pretty sensible 40 year old. I went, as is tradition, with my DH & DCs to the Christmas panto.
I was really not expecting to develop the most intense weak-at-the knees teenage-style crush on the panto baddie (who was the most amazing actor and extremely attractive, but probably a decade younger than me and wearing a really bad wig). I keep obsessively googling to see photos of him and I’m starting to feel that I’m going mad.
Has anyone else every experienced this? Is it my age, will it pass?

I developed intense lust for an actor in an American thriller series. Still have it. I'm 61. 😊

Not panto but my adoration of Johnny Depp has reached teenage proportions now I'm peri! Loved him since nightmare on elm street, but now I'm dreaming of him and a few months back I was dreaming he was at a local party to me, he was really close to me, really flirting, asked where I lived and I said I'll just ring ahead and get my DH to sleep in the spare room 🤣🤣🤣
I certainly got the sweats that night 🤣🤣🤣
DH has actually said 'do I need to worry ' ... hilarious! Eeerrrr I doubt JD would fancy me lol 😜

Just remembered Ben Robson who plays a very bad boy Craig Cody in Animal Kingdom. He's definitely got a touch of the Tom Hardy about him.

Honestly, I opened up Instagram and dropped my phone when it was the first picture that came up!

Slight derail regards it ... I read in the week the a similar as with FKA Twiggs was pulled in the uk as it was (I'm paraphrasing a bit here) deemed to be objectifying her.

I think we can all agree however the above photo is in no way objectifying JAW.----

I had an intense crush on an actor when I was pregnant, i was absolutely obsessed and was very horny a lot of the time. Only realised a few months on that I hadn’t thought about him since I gave birth, pregnancy hormones are mad. No chance you’re pregnant? lol!

Sam Heughan in Outlander, and he us the same age as my son ! DH thinks its funny.
