There is more dancing and singing and spinning. It is her eyes- they look slightly manic.

Yes, she has a strange look in her eyes, it’s almost scary looking, sorry if that sounds awful, it’s just not nice to see

Probably the same as most child stars in later life , they are used as products to sell stuff no matter what the cost is to the person

I agree. I loved Britney when I was a teen and young adult and it's heartbreaking to see the state she is in now.

I always feel like she needs a proper good friend. Someone who can help her look after herself. Not all the hangers on, yes people.

I scrolled back on her Instagram last night to 2018. She looked so healthy.. lots of videos of her with her kids and boyfriend all looking really happy.
But as far as I'm aware she was in a conservatorship then.
I agree she needs a good friend, someone who can convince her to take medication for her bipolar and to consider her son's feelings. It wasn't fair that she was controlled for all those years, lots of people have mental health issues and cope. She comes across as very defensive.
It will be interesting to read her book.

No one can convince me that she is behaving ‘normally’.
There must be mental health issues or drugs at play. She appears manic 99% of the time.

I don’t fully believe her STBXH had completely good intentions but I can’t say I blame him from walking away from this embarrassment.

There are allegations flying around that Britney was abusive and had physically attacked him. There are photos online with him with a black eye and bruises on his arm but who knows

I believe that she suffered from a post partum psychotic breakdown and that now she's in her forties the peri menopause is causing chaos with her hormones again. The two are often closely linked.

@Bookist I also believe this is a factor but I think the main issue is that she has bipolar disorder and hormones have made this worse. I was diagnosed with bipolar after having a manic and psychotic postpartum episode.

She is manic but, as far as we know, not a risk to herself or others. Yes what she posts is not subtle but she doesn't need a conservatorship or to be detained. Who knows if she presented like this or worse when she was under her dads control but just wasn't able to post on SM independently. It's sad but there are thousands of mentally ill people, some are treatment resistant, some won't take their meds, some like being manic. I'm not always sure that being heavily sedated, emotionless and isolated in our houses is a better outcome, in terms of wellbeing. Maybe she's part of the 'mad pride' movement.

Been watching this thread and following her on Instagram. She definitely needs help. She has that crazed look in her eyes like she did when she had the last break down. Also I've noticed her teeth look awful in the last few videos?? All happy. Could this be drugs? Something very bad has gone on in her life and I wonder if there is more to it like abuse? Someone needs to help her soon before this ends very badly.

I've noticed her teeth, It looks like she at some point had composite bonding. My son has had it for gaps and it needs retouching every 10 years. It's not like she can't afford it though but I wonder if along with the bad hair and makeup she isn't bothered anymore.
I definitely think she looks manic, she has bipolar, She could have stopped taking medication and I guess no one can force her.
I also think some people are being so misogynistic around what she looks like, I've seen so many comments comparing her to her teenage self. I look completely different at 41 to what I looked like at 18.

Yeah she does look a bit unkept. I thought her eyes looked glazed too. Not sure who can step in and help her at the point.

I understand that she probably doesn’t want to be groomed and pampered to within an inch of her life anymore but she looks ridiculous with those scraggy extensions and panda eyes.

Just leave her alone. Everyone seems to have an expectation of who she is and how she should be despite not actually knowing her and just being a fan as a child. Can you not see this is ridiculous? Shes an adult woman with mental health issues who's had a hard life. She's not hurting anyone. Yes shes a bit wierd but of course she is what did you expect? People advocating for taking away her freedoms again coz she likes doing sexy poses absolutely astound me tbh
