Premium Bonds, what is the most you have ever won?

Interested in the reality of winning a large sum.

I've had bonds for donkeys years but the most on a single bond is £500, last year

I won £100 today, I only have £220 worth so not bad!

£50 is my highest winnings (I only had £15 worth of bonds then so was quite impressed). I've won £150 in total and I have £6515 worth of bonds.

The most I've won is £100. I have approximately 23K.

I have around £50k and usually win at least £25. Most is about £175

£1175 on full holdings - that was one £1000 prize and a few smaller ones. I won £275 this month!

Full holdings got my biggest win last month - £250 -today 50 quid

I once won a £5000 prize. I didn't buy anything big, just went into the family pot.

I always reinvest my monthly prizes.

Only had them just over a year and won £625 last month which was my biggest, was 3 separate wins of £500 £100 and £25

Someone from Kent with a holding of only £2 (purchased in 1957) won £5,000 this month!

My parents bought me £50 when Ernie Bonds first came out nearly sixty years ago. Nothing yet!

Haven't won yet but my plan is to spend any winnings on something utterly frivolous. Assuming I'm not gonna win in the thousands, more the 10s or hundreds.

This gives me hope. I’ve got a £5 bond. I checked for the first time in 40 years. And I won 0!

I’ve got £200 in and never won a bean, I’ve set it up so I reinvest any winnings but I’m not holding out much hope 😆

£50 and a couple of £25 over the last 3 years or so. For the amount I’ve got I think it’s a better return than I’d get from a savings account.

Please can I ask those who have won this month, where did you find your results?
I have the app and it is telling me the results will be out tomorrow 4 May.

Usually £75-£100 on maximum holdings. Last month was zero though. Never more than £150 but I've only had the holding since early last year. Next month, for sure!

I think you can look up all the statistical way that premium bonds and the odds on winning

It's literally a mathematical thing, unfortunately no way to game the system other than having more tickets in the hat
