I bailed at 11:30. Been up since 8 and feel a bit meh! Off to the hairdressers at 10:30 so mainlining coffee atm.

Ive just had some potato farls and I'm drinking apple and elderflower sparkling water so I'm feeling slightly more alive 😂

I hope you are feeling better now , I will have to take it easy next friday as I have a long day on saturday and will be parting from early on .
