Best jacket spud topping…

As per the title, after discovering the joys of using the air fryer to create perfect jacket spuds! I’m after you favourite toppings for inspiration

my favourite at the mo isn’t particularly exciting but tuna, red onion, sweetcorn and Mayo mixed together with grated cheese on top 😋

I’m with you… only no onion!

Although I had a chicken tikka masala jacket in a local garden centre a few weeks ago and that was lovely!

Also like BBQ pulled pork, beans and cheese, 5 bean chilli with cheese….. tbh I love a good crispy jacket, it’s one of life’s simple pleasures!

Beans with cheese on top with lettuce, onion and coleslaw on the side. Yum. If you don't fancy making coleslaw, I have recently discovered iceland luxury one and it's lovely and not expensive. My mouths watering, I may have to have a second tea.

On holiday in Aberdeen in the restaurant of a department store, 1984, sour cream and chicken. Never been able to re-create since. Delicious.

Yesterday I had tuna, mayo, sweetcorn, spring onions and chives, with cheese and butter. Or chilli con carni is another fave.
