As per the title, after discovering the joys of using the air fryer to create perfect jacket spuds! I’m after you favourite toppings for inspiration

my favourite at the mo isn’t particularly exciting but tuna, red onion, sweetcorn and Mayo mixed together with grated cheese on top 😋

Apart from the late addition of mackerel I would happily eat all of the above.

A favourite not mentioned is grated cheese, red onion and salad cream all mixed together. I like it both melted and not melted so tend to do half and half!

Garlic butter and loads of strong cheddar.

for air fryer jackets I prick the potato al over rub with oil and salt and then into the air fryer for 20 -30 on 180

if it’s a super large jacket I might microwave first. But I don’t usually bother
