Best jacket spud topping…

As per the title, after discovering the joys of using the air fryer to create perfect jacket spuds! I’m after you favourite toppings for inspiration

my favourite at the mo isn’t particularly exciting but tuna, red onion, sweetcorn and Mayo mixed together with grated cheese on top 😋

Salt and pepper, then cheese melted on top. Beans on the side and a mixed salad. Ahhh. I'm so hungry right now!

Tuna mayo with onions & frozen peas (so has to be heated for 5 mins or so)
Plus salt & pepper and chunks of butter

for a single potato it is 8 mins in microwave then same again in air fryer at 200

I practically live off jacket potatoes. My favourite is good old tuna Mayo, or maybe a tuna crunch if feeling fancy (with onions, sweetcorn and peppers) and a shed load of grated cheese. I do like my cheese to melt, though, so it goes on first. In Debenhams cafe I used to have it with a blob of guacamole! Yum 😋

I do sometimes take them out, scoop out inside, mix with butter/sour cream/cheese/chopped up bacon. Put back in to skins , sprinkle cheese on top and back in for a bit.
