I've been there believe it or not! Also been to Muktinath and Caprivi Strip from the previous thread - not sure if anyone else had already mentioned them?

From this thread I don't think anyone had replied to Morogoro in Tanzania and to Great Zimbabwe` - been there. Plus to Ngorongoro and Arusha.

I've not been to any of the nuclear power stations mentioned so far but I have been to Berkeley Nuclear power station in the 1980's within 30m of the core while helping to test a prototype neutron meter. Had to wear a film badge and everything!
Has anyone else been inside Hetty Peglar's Tump or camped next to a deserted mediaeval graveyard?
I've also slept in a slate mine above Blaenau Ffestiniog. Could any of those be a winner?

My grandad worked at the power station and know lots of people who have been there. Does that count.
