If you’re 5ft 6 / 5ft 7, how many KG do you weigh?

Just out of curiosity. I’m 168cm so almost 5 ft 7. Weigh 69.9kg-72kg depending on the time of the month and wear a size 31 Jean. I feel massively grumpy and podgy, and tbh shocked that I’m almost a size 14! I was a size 8 (55kg) prelockdown, went up to a 10/12 after that and then even more so after having dd2 who’s just turned one. I’ve joined the gym but I’m a terrible snacker and husband also travels so I never get a chance to go. Currently feeling very sorry for myself as I’ve got the period bloat and sitting munching on salted pretzels which definitely won’t help!

This shows you can't go by weight. I'm 5ft 7" and 82kg but I'm a size 12. I exercise most days and do a lot of strength training so I'm very toned with a lot of muscle which is heavier than fat. I'm also an hourglass figure so big boobs, big thighs and bum but small waist. I don't look big at all but I'll never look skinny. I would go by how you look and feel rather than weight.

Exactly this! You can’t pay attention to the number on the scales and it still baffles me that doctors use BMI - it’s so damaging!! Much like you I’m an hourglass - little waist (26inches) bigger bum and thighs and do HIIT classes every day. As I mentioned about I’m only 5’5” but weigh around 74kgs. I’m a size 8 generally sometimes 10 on the bottom to get trousers or jeans over my bum but then they inevitably gape round my waist (but that’s another thread discussion entirely, drives me crazy just getting a decent fitting pair of jeans I’m sure you can attest to that 😅)
BMI would tell you I’m overweight which is wild and should lose about a stone!! I always go by if you feel good then great and ignore the numbers on the scales x

Definetky grounding too see heights and weights similar to mines here! I’ve always felt like the bigger kid even when I wasn’t fat. I’m about 5’8 and 64 kg (141 lbs) I’d really like to go to 55-57 kg but for now I’m setting a realistic goal for like 60-ish. I mean I am a teen so maybe I shouldn’t be worrying bout it so much lol but I’d feel just way more comfy or Lee I’m the 55-60 range.
