I'm guessing it's either the surrogates egg or a donated egg
But she is now mother to what is technically her grandchild
The baby's father is dead
And am guessing the biological mother will not be involved
I mean it's madness

In my opinion surrogacy is human trafficking, slave ownership.

This is someone who hasn’t recovered from losing her son.
Grief can take many shape and form.

But the poor baby 😢😢 At best they have what? 10 years in front of them with their (adoptive) mum before becoming an orphan.

But this child faces being left with no family within maybe 10 years?
And your mother is also your grandmother?
How do you get your head around that?

I think what this actress has done is seemingly cruel, heartless, and abnormally selfish.

It is high-risk behaviour. She is not risking her own welfare, but that of a baby's.

Ana Obregón surely has mental health issues?

It shocks me that outside agencies have been legally allowed to facilitate this poor little baby girls conception and birth.

Who will become the guardian and protector of this baby girl when Ana Obregón dies?

This baby girls father is dead. She has no brothers, nor sisters, nor aunts, nor uncles, nor cousins. Tell me if I have I got this wrong?

Does she have a biological mother?

When she is twelve years old her caregiver grandmother will be 80 years old. I truly hope Ana Obregón will still be alive and well by then.

When she is growing up, and then when an adult, is the best this baby can hope for regarding close family connections .. the grandchildren of either of her grandmother's two sisters? (if they have children and grandchildren, that is?)

I hope Ana Obregón has close extended family spanning down the generations to offer love, connection, protection and support to this baby girl .. Amen to this. And to this little ones lifelong emotional wellbeing.

It is very bizarre. I’m assuming she is going to raise the child as it’s grandmother (hopefully) but yes, this poor child won’t have long with her grandmother.

My understanding is that this is her child not her grandchild even though biologically it is her grandchild 🤯

There needs to be a lot more regulation around surrogacy internationally.

God I read about her buying a baby last week but the fact that it's her son's child.

Just cannot find the words. I think narc is right. It's all narc stuff isn't it? Just that absolute inability to think of anything other than what you want.

This is wrong on s so many levels, one being that her late son was not able to give consent to his sperm being used to create a baby, another reason being that the resulting child has been denied having a relationship with the biological father

Yes when I read that it rang alarm bells. A baby is not there for her to 'never be alone'
