I hope Thomas Cashman gets a full life sentence.
This vile creature who murdered an innocent child and whos drug dealing has ruined so many lives has not even the balls to face court ,Olivia’s family or the judge !
What a cowardly waste of oxygen!

What a vile vile man he is!

twolilacs · 03/04/2023 15:18

He's refusing to appear? Well he needs to be made to appear. By whatever means necessary.

turnthetoiletpaperroundproperly · 03/04/2023 15:19

Billy big balls he is not now is he? Not so tough he dare not even try to look that family in the eyes. He deserves to rot away forever.

GreenClock · 03/04/2023 15:20

The little coward.

SecretVictoria · 03/04/2023 15:20

I don’t understand why they are allowed to refuse? Take that last little bit of power away from them. I’d quite happily drag some into the dock by their hair and I’m sure I’m not alone in that.

CremeEggThief · 03/04/2023 15:23

Not at all surprised tbh. A lot of these types of people do it to show their contempt for society.

QuintanaRoo · 03/04/2023 15:25

I suppose they’re “letting him” because it has been said there’s a risk to his life with a price on his head. Maybe he’s arguing a sniper right take him out? Which I admit seems unlikely.

LakeTiticaca · 03/04/2023 15:33

I read that he has refused to enter court because he heard the lawyers singing " we are the champions "
Oh diddums poor wee soul

GreenClock · 03/04/2023 15:33

Why is there a price on his head now? Did he invoke other gang members during the trial?

JadeSeahorse · 03/04/2023 15:36

Sniper sounds good to me!

Allegedly, he could give info on others in exchange for better conditions inside. According to the article I read.

Sober23 · 03/04/2023 15:38

So contemptuous of authority. I hope he gets absolutely everything he deserves in jail. I am so angry about this.

I can't get worked up about 2 petty drug dealers trying to kill each other. What I do have a problem with is women and girls getting caught in the crossfire.

Good on the CPS singing we are the champions for putting this absolute waste of space behind bars; they are fucking heroic.

So contemptuous of authority he can't even be bothered to show up to face the music.

Us normal people need to stand up to these excuses for human beings.

#VAWG must STOP.

Probably and he's a child murderer so he won't win any popularity contests in the Big House

And if so that puts A LOT of staff at risk. No point risking more lives

KatherineJaneway · 03/04/2023 15:47

He shouldn't be given a choice

Oakyloaky · 03/04/2023 15:53

Apparently this creature cried when he was found guilty!!The victim impact statements were absolutely heart-rending. Shame this coward didn't give the family an opportunity to address him directly as to how his chosen choice of income has destroyed their lives forever! Not very brave when dealing with reality eh !

Should be a whole life sentence

MoonBase · 03/04/2023 16:00

42 years. Never enough for a little girls life

Absolute scum

1983Louise · 03/04/2023 16:01

Should have dragged him in by his balls!

Sarahconnor1 · 03/04/2023 16:01

It's effectively a whole life term, all but in name. He'll be in his 70s before he can apply for parole.

The judge i think did a good job because she removes the possibility of appealing the whole life term.
