Literally booking tonight!!

Ahhh!! Plz help fellow MN’s I have this eve to book a holiday…. Long story! Need to be hot. Under 3 hours plane. Accomadation within 1/2 hour of airport. Work your magic!! X many thanks in advance

Europe/short haul
Hot (warm ok?)
Short transfer

What are your Easter holiday dates? They vary across the country.

How long for?

Type of accommodation? Hotel, self catering?

Board? All inc, FB, HB, B&B, RO, self catering?

Activities/resort/location type? Relaxed? Beach? City? Sightseeing?

Transfer only or do you want a car?

Pool? In Europe you'll probably need a heated pool at this time of year tbh.

At that time of year the Canaries and Cyprus have been our warmest holidays. Basically, you need to travel four hours instead of three.

Sorry! I try not to jump to assuming the person wrote the wrong thing without checking/ is in England. Easter to me is a longer holiday than half term.

Seville, Spain. It’s 27 degrees there right now. Flight is around 2.5 hours. Short taxi ride from the airport. Hotels / Airbnb’s can be cheap. Food and wine are cheap. So many lovely things to do there.

It can be quite hot in Seville at Easter but it also often rains (Abril, aguas mil). It will be expensive and busy the week starting April 3rd because it's semana santa (Holy Week).

Best bet for sunshine that time of year is further afield - 4-5 hours rather than 3

Canary Islands
North Africa - Morocco or Tunisia (tend to be longer transfers though)
Cyprus - Paphos Airport/ resort is short transfer
Turkey - Antalya as further south but can be long transfers
Greece - the furthest south islands, so places like Crete, Rhodes or Kos
Malta worth a look too and shorter flight time

Depends where travelling from in UK. Some lovely places in Europe and balerics and Greece
What kind of thing are you looking for. What type of accommodation self catering all inclusive b&b

Just hoped that someone may glance it and know somewhere they have been that they could recommend 👌 budget , cheap! But April half term ( I know the two barely go together!) would be the first fAm holiday abroad for 15 years and have finally got work agreement to go 🤩 so any help appreciated ….. re packing the suits case, well if your offering ?!

nowhere under 3 hours flight will be hot in April. You’ll need go go further afield.

Can’t beat Jet2 for price and accommodation imo. Never had a problem with them ever and have been using them for many years

I went to southern Spain near Marbs in March a few years ago and that was shorts and t weather.

What about Barcelona?

There are lots of MNetters who would love looking for holidays for you OP. You might have to give more info such as airport and specific dates but they will come back to you with links for ideas. You might be better posting in the travel board though.
