Ahhh!! Plz help fellow MN’s I have this eve to book a holiday…. Long story! Need to be hot. Under 3 hours plane. Accomadation within 1/2 hour of airport. Work your magic!! X many thanks in advance

Went to Agadir last April.
Lovely and warm, 3 ish hour flight and 45 min transfer or thereabouts.

I think the OP is asking for recommendations based on her preferred criteria. She’s not asking you to book and pay for her holiday. OP, Marbella is great. Plenty to do, see, eat and drink. Plenty of nice hotels to choose from.

Aah ok, going in 3 weeks. Then my previous post still stands. Hot isn't guaranteed in April and within 3 hours. The south coast of Spain or the Algarve will be your best bet. Canaries if you can stretch it to 4 hours.

What's the most important factor OP? You're unlikely to get hotter than Fuengirola area at that time of year, Algarve is similar but for the coming week showing 2-3 degrees less than Costa del Sol, likely because the Spanish bit of the coast isn't as exposed to the Atlantic.

Canaries are different but an hour further away. Other places will be different but not hot. Other places again will have more than a 30 minute airport transfer.

I’d go longer flight time and Canaries for warm weather. It’s not like OP will be wrangling toddlers on a plane.

Canaries would probably be your best bet for Easter weather wise but it won't be under 3 hours. Majorca, Greece and Ibiza are good short haul options but won't be as hot as canaries.

Absolutely the Canary Islands. Puerto del carmen old town in lanzarote is lovely, as is playa Blanca. Weather usually beautiful Easter half term. Have a lovely time 😊

There isn't anywhere that meets your criteria. Nowhere is reliably hot in April with that length of flight, even if you have some nice days the sea/pool will be freezing. I'd suggest a longer flight to the Canaries or waiting until later in the year if you can't increase flight time.

Look at Sitges or Vilanova I La Geltru. 35 minutes from Barcelona airport, 2.5 our flight. Warm at the moment, lots of beaches, beautiful coastline.

Seville, Spain. It’s 27 degrees there right now. Flight is around 2.5 hours. Short taxi ride from the airport. Hotels / Airbnb’s can be cheap. Food and wine are cheap. So many lovely things to do there.
