Ever since I can remember, I've wanted a beautiful home. It doesn't have to be grand or fancy. Somewhere rural, quiet, safe, and enough bedrooms so me and the dc can have one each. An extra room for a yoga studio/sewing room would be the icing on the cake. A decent garden, flat and secure, and full of plants.

I've lived my entire life in council flats and I know I'm incredibly lucky to have a roof over my head. Even so, I still spend hours nosing on rightmove or looking at other people's houses and imagining what it would be like to live there.

Money. Lots and lots of spare disposable cash to do whatever I want with.

The summer.

MeMyCatsAndMyBooks · 12/03/2023 21:44

Good health.

My health is declining rapidly, I miss the days of having bundles of energy and being able to do long walks with my family and not being bed bound.

The (married and unavailable) guy that tiled my bathroom

for just once, one single time in my life, that my car just passes it’s bleeding MOT instead of costing me £1000000000 every single time

a mixed bag of desires really..

An Audi... can't afford one, will never ever be able to afford one, but I WANT one.

A home of my own and my health

DarkNecessities · 12/03/2023 22:14

Just one more day with my Mum.

We would walk along the seafront and stop for tea and cake. Then home to sit on the sofa and talk and talk and talk.

themuminator · 12/03/2023 22:19

For my ex to get a debilitating bottom problem.

Newjumper2023 · 12/03/2023 22:24

My health back. I want to be an active mum, who can do normal everyday tasks for my dc.

thefirstmrsrochester · 12/03/2023 22:24

To have my old life back, the one before my son got cancer and my husband left me.

This time last year i felt like the luckiest woman in the world.

Tinypetunia · 12/03/2023 22:25

Complete health. Sick of being ill.

Custardbanana · 12/03/2023 22:29

To move back to my hometown. I got priced out and can't afford to move back.

TheUsualChaos · 12/03/2023 22:34

Same as you OP, a comfortable home in a location I feel truly happy in and want to stay forever. I grew up in the countryside but highly unlikely to be able to afford to live a similar lifestyle again 😞

watcherintherye · 12/03/2023 22:37

A second go at trying to get right all those (oh, so many) things I got wrong.
