Sunday plans. What is everyone up to today?

DP is working today. Ds and I are in our snoodies watching Cbeebies. Having a lazy morning after a busy week. Most housework done yesterday just need to put a wash on and do a wee bit ironing.

Mum and MIl coming for lunch then a roast dinner later 😋

I’m having a pedicure later and I’ve dinner done (did a roast yesterday to ensure no cooking today as we’ve loads over)

might have to do half an hour of work on the laptop but other than that - a nice relaxing day

Slow start after busy day and 5 mile walk yesterday. Then out at 10 to pick up stuff to do a local spring litter pick. After that I will get a few more bags down from the attic to sort (moving house this summer). Then my sister round for tea later. Should be a lovely day if I can peel myself out of bed!!

Still have a cold so another day of TV and cross stitching for me. DH is just out for a run while DS plays Xbox then he will be taking DS to a birthday party. This evening DH is cooking toad in the hole and the sainsburys shop is arriving.

Taking kids swimming for a couple of hours this morning. Then take DD’s friend home, might watch the rugby later, Ireland/Scotland playing. Got the usual Sunday washing of school uniform to do at some point.

I'm having breakfast reading some magazines that have piled up. Yesterday my daughter and I did a day trip to visit my son and help him move the last bits and pieces (he lives 70 miles away). She has had medical issues recently and the trip exhausted her so she will probably sleep in and just spend the day hitting her books to try and catch up (A level year).
I desperately need to do some housework as everything has slid due to the rollercoaster we have been on and all the time spent in hospital - housework is never on top of my 'to do' list but I think it needs to be now! Then drinks later with a friend (non alcoholic for me as gave up for Lent).

Sitting the car at car wash at the moment. Then nip out to the shops and daughter will do final run through of gcse 3 course meal for practical tomorrow.

Went out yesterday. Lazy morning and treating myself to a McDonald’s breakfast. off to DPs later for dinner and snug in front of TV.

We had swimming yesterday morning so today we all had a lie in and a lazy breakfast. DC are watching TV, DH in the shower, I'm having a coffee. We'll do a few housework bits before lunch, then we're going out to the park and to drop off some of our wedding invitations to various people en route.
Home later for treat tea (everyone picks their favourite thing to eat so it's a bit of a mish mash). Tonight we're going to finish getting up to date with the Last of Us.

Lazy day - both BC are unwell (temp and feeling rough), so the most I’ll likely do is pop out for more calpol and something nice from the bakery to try and encourage DS1 to eat. He’s barely had anything the last 3 days.

We are having a lazy morning then dh,dd3 and I are out to meet both older dd's and partners to celebrate dd1's birthday with lunch in a posh restaurant.
We are all looking forward to it so much.

DD has swimming lesson this morning. After that will be homework, ironing uniform, doing the online food shop etc. Then late afternoon DD has art at Youth Club - whilst she's there I go and grab a quick coffee with a friend.

Just watched MOTD with DP, now onto Laura Kussenberg for comment.
DS 2 in bed.
Walk with doggo then to supermarket. It's our former Ukrainian visitor's birthday so I'm making a veggie Stroganoff and cheese cake as a celebratory meal. Nipped to John Lewis other side of Manchester yesterday to get her something nice (oodie as she's cold in her flat).

Heading out shortly for a big snowy dog walk, then will probably do some piano playing while the washing machine is on. DS1 going back to uni tonight, after we go to the in laws for dinner. A quiet day, which is much needed.

Currently sat waiting for DS to finish his swimming lesson. Then will go home and do some bits around the house before lunch. This afternoon we have two class parties one after the otherConfused so no doubt tantrums from overtiredness before bed. Joy!

A wash is on, and we've had a walk round the garden.

Out to a lunchtime veggie nut roast in a local restaurant, then off to a spring plant fair, then home for more potting up seedlings and pottering about.

More high octane glamour here

  • cleaned out the bird feeder and did some laundry
  • just driven dc to rugby and we’ll be here till 12.
  • will pop in and see MIL for a cup of tea this pm and go to M&S to buy a cheat’s roast and wine
  • Cool roast and do some admin for the week ahead.
  • dc will watch too much tv and I’ll justify it by thinking they had a busy week.

DH is at work. Have already taken the dog for a walk, made a cake, cleaned the kitchen, made porridge and done some washing. I’ve got a rehearsal this afternoon for a youth theatre project whilst DS goes to his friend’s house. about to do some piano practice whilst the cake cools as am accompanying some school exams this week (music teacher!) then I will ice it and have some cake as a reward for my productive morning so far 🤣🧁
