I'm heading to the chippy for tea for me and the kids tonight, what would you like and I'll add it onto my order?

Just salt & pepper chips from Liverpool if you are going that way. Can't get them down here.

Scallop barm and a pot of gravy please. Steak and kidney pudding if they have them.

Where/what is a deep fried pizza?????

It's exactly what it sounds like. Half a cheap cheese pizza, battered and deep fried. It's the most amazing and disgusting thing at the same time.

Haddock, chips (slathered in salt & vinegar), a jumbo non-battered sausage and a v cold can of Coke Zero, ta!

Chips, steak and kidney pie and gravy. Loads of salt.

Small cod and chips with as much vinegar as is available, mushy peas, curry sauce, buttered roll, pickled onion. I'm hungry now.

We've started taking our dog down to the harbour with us which seems to put off most of the gulls down there.

We like to sit at the little bit close to the harbour office as you can watch for them there a bit better than if you're further over. Or the benches at the tourist office bit aren't too bad usually. DC won't eat ice cream from Marco's now after one stole their whole cone when we were walking away from there.

The buggers like to nest on our roof or neighbours' roofs too so summer barbecues can be fun in our garden.

So many posters saying "fish" rather than a particular species !
I'd go for skate or rock salmon, & a wally.
I'd love proper chips, they always seem to be soggy from chippies.
