Best jacket potato fillings?

Jacket potatoes are in the oven crisping up nicely. What are your favourite fillings? I normally just default to a monsoon of beans and cheese 😋

I love beans, cheese, tuna mayo and coleslaw all together. My DH things there is something very wrong with me as he is a pure beans and cheese man. But I disagree -and am clearly right- especially if there is some salad with a bit of balsamic vinegar in it. 😋

Inside scraped out and mixed together with corned beef and sweetcorn and put back into potato skins and topped with cheese and put under the grill till bubbly

Butter and sea salt or grated cheese. Amazing.

Cheese and Marmite!! Even better if you have time to scoop it all out, mix it together, sprinkle a bit more cheese and back in the oven for a bit.

Minced beef cooked with sugar and soy sauce(teriyaki) topped with cheese and mayo. Divine.

@JoBrodie I used to work with someone who loved the hot beans/cold cottage cheese combo. It's not one for me though!!

Chicken, bacon, mushroom & tarragon mayo

Flesh scooped out & mashed with bacon, peppers, spring onion and cheese, back under the grill until piping hot.

This was my absolute favourite Spudulike too.
Now I like to cook some bacon and onions and remove insides of spud, mix it with onion and bacon and some cheese, sprinkle cheese on top and back in oven to melt the cheese

I came On for inspo for new filling a but it's just reiterated to me that the ultimate jacket potato is cheese and beans or cheese and coleslaw. Lots of butter. Sometimes simple is best.

Cheese must be melted!!!

Don’t know why but I haven’t had an indulgent jacket potato for ages. Totally having one some tomorrow now.
