What tog duvet are you using at the moment ?

13.5 + a faux fur rug.

15tog (polyester one) and a blanket

4.5 and a blanket. I’m always too hot in bed.

15, with a 10 laid over it, then a throw over the top, also with an electric blanket for when getting into bed.

I don't like being cold! Also tempted to put the weighted blanket back on but think I may get squished

15 goose down with a hot water bottle .

10.5tog for me/dh
Kids (16 and 19) still have 4.5tog although I've offered them the warmer ones but they both said no.

About to change the 12.5 for the 15. With a throw and electric blanket. But I'm waking up in the night.

13.5 (summerweight+mediumweight poppered together).
Never needed to use them both together before, apart from the odd particularly cold night!

Actually I think mine must be 14 - 4.5 + 8.5

4.5 goosedown. Electric blanket on before I get in then sleep through. I run very hot, my bedroom was 13 this morning and I thought how warm it was compared to the past few days.

Aaagh! 4.5 + 9.5.

Two medium weight duvets - 10.5 each? plus a 4.5. And a hot water bottle.
Plus two thermal tops, thermal leggings, socks, jumper, hat! I realised last night why people in the past wore sleeping caps! Basically what I'd wear if I was camping. All a bit uncomfortable, though.

4.5 tog and the window's open. It's my age!

10.5 seems to be plenty warm enough even though our heating goes off from 10.00pm until 6.30am

10.5 plus a wool blanket on my side. Also have a 4.5 folded over the bottom of the bed, have only pulled that up a couple of times though

I do have a snuggly blanket that I have been using the last week but generally kick it off during the night
