What the fuck to do with a half finished bowl of cereal filled with milk? The sink? Loads of mush. The bin? Too much liquid….

is there an answer?

pour the milk down the sink - holding the cereal back with the spoon - put the squashed soggy cereal in the bin.

crosspusscrossstitcher · 09/01/2023 13:33

Oh. and rinse both sink and bowl afterwards.

senua · 09/01/2023 13:34

Loo.

A27009D56 · 09/01/2023 13:37

I drink it

MisguidedGhosts · 09/01/2023 13:38

It depends what cereal it is.

oudie · 09/01/2023 13:38

The toilet?

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 09/01/2023 13:39

Sink strainer. Milk goes down the plug, cereal stays in the strainer and can be thrown away.

SagittariusDwarf · 09/01/2023 13:39

Add more cereal to use up the leftover milk.

JamJarJane · 09/01/2023 13:39

senua · 09/01/2023 13:34

Loo.

I do the spoon holding it back over the sink thing but this is so much better! Genius!

CleanBedding · 09/01/2023 13:41

Get one of these for your plug hole, empty the cereal in the sink, empty the strainer in the bin.

drink it?

ShoddyCustomerCare · 09/01/2023 13:42

Easy- prepare a smaller portion

inloveandmarried · 09/01/2023 13:43

If you haven't got a waste disposal (I miss mine so much) I tip it down the loo. I hate cleaning sinks.

WoolyMammoth55 · 09/01/2023 13:43

I've been known to get the sieve out if the cereal is completely disintegrating... But otherwise loo.

Flavabobble · 09/01/2023 13:46

Pour it back in the bottle surely.

This

Give it to the cat

Cats shouldn't have cows milk, should they?

This. I don't eat cereal but I tell my grandchildren to drink the excess milk otherwise it's a waste.

Sprig1 · 09/01/2023 13:51

Eat it. Why are you (presumably) regularly ending up with half a bowl if milky cereal left over?

Cravingsweets · 09/01/2023 13:52

I clicked on this thinking it was a post from a fellow gym-dodger!

I just hold the cereal back with the spoon while I put the milk down the sink, then throw the cereal in the bin.

Oh I have no idea but we only ever had almond milk anyway

AlwaysBelieveInYourSoul · 09/01/2023 13:54

loo? really?

AdaColeman · 09/01/2023 13:55

Put it in an old jar/lidded carton etc and put in general waste.

If this happens to you frequently, start serving smaller portions of cereal & milk.
