Yay my Evri parcel has been sent back to sender. Why the fuck can't it be sent to me?!!

Anyone else had this update on tracking?

Ok at least something's been updated but come on.

My Christmas is in a ditch somewhere isn't it?

Evri never return a parcel to me last year (I was seller). Could not get anyone in their customer service to help. Both sides may lose.

They’ve had my ASOS order since the 9th and I’m so sad about it. I hope they don’t send it back! It was one of the last few in a funny size in the sale.

I'm waiting for an Evri package. Bought something on Amazon via a third party. Three weeks later nothing.

Contacted seller asking for a refund - no, they aren't refunding, Evri will deliver it within 48 hours apparently.

They are absolutely awful, but as the seller is refusing to refund me (Amazon say I am entitled to it). The only person losing out is me!

After Evri decided to send my parcel back rather than actually deliver it to me. I placed my order again and paid extra for 2 day delivery. 8 days later the tracker just says they have experienced a delay. Yeah no shit Sherlock.

Speak to the sender. They might have closed their account if they're having loads of issues, or have an outstanding bill. I've worked for a courier service in the past who would automatically return parcels in these circumstances.

I bought a present for dh from Vinted on 29 November, Evri have had it ever since. That's all the tracking says, they've got it, delivery is taking longer than expected and I can raise an issue on 28 December (but I only have 2 days to raise the issue so better not forget). Useless.

I have had a delivery stuck with evri since 30 November. The retailer is refunding me, with instructions to refuse the delivery if it ever actually arrives.

I have had the exact same message, I reckon ours are amongst the hundreds that were dumped.
Disgusting we have only 2 days to raise an issue, isn't it?
(Also gutted as it is a shirt I have been trying to get hold of for over a year)

I ordered some speciality jam from a third party seller on Amazon, after a long wait it eventually turned up, when I opened the parcel it contained two bottles of perfume. On closer inspection there was another address label underneath mine. So if anyone in Aberdeen received a jar of jam instead of perfume I hope you enjoy the jam!

They’ve had one of mine for nearly a week. I ordered some stuff from Victoria Beckham beauty, didn’t know they used Evri and now my parcel is with them but ‘delayed’. I have a feeling I’m never going to see it 😢

Hermes was the bane of my life and a name change hadn't improved anything! Hate them. I notice a lot more DHL deliveries now.

i sell on ebay for a charity and one item is stuck at the local hub and has been since the 8th of december ironically the address its going to is a 90 minute drive from my house its a large parcel and if i had known this was going to happen i would have delivered it to her myself

I just had to claim a credit card refund for my Evri parcel from 23rd Nov. Hope it doesn't turn up now as I've bought something else in its place.

Argh, I've got three parcels from separate companies with EVRI right now. I've had a message that one is delayed (the one that contains some quite key presents for the DC).
I'm hoping it's just the weather that's to blame and it'll all come good next week...!

I did contact supplier a week back who replied, it's Regatta but my reply was from Craghoppers.
Yes they just said it's delayed.

So I've waited as instructed and have emailed them twice since.

Nada.

So noone is answering me or anyone by the looks of it.

Just wondered if many had had this new delivery update of returned to sender.

Evri, you have my fucking address.

Not that this seems to help.

Yes saw that layby ditch report of parcels hence mentioning it as a possibility in my op.

OP mine was Regatta too but they just stopped replying to emails. Won't be ordering from them again.

And to add insult to injury a lady turned up at my door last night asking if her delivery was in my recycling bin.

It was.

And it was from Evri 🤣

Our (really good) local evri delivery guy has Covid and evri can't find anyone to cover him. But they are still bringing parcels to him. He's beside himself and apologising to everyone via FB, because even when he can work again, so many parcels have piled up that there's no way he can get them all delivered by Christmas.

Email delivery failed cos their inbox is full.

I paid for next day delivery from Debenhams on Dec 7th. They ship with Evri. Still waiting. There isn’t even a phone number for customer services.
