Yay my Evri parcel has been sent back to sender. Why the fuck can't it be sent to me?!!

I saw something on BBC about them having closed two small warehouses to move a large warehouse and that warehouse can’t cope.

Probably means they've passed them off to some third party runner driver

Me! It took five weeks but it did finally turn up. Still waiting for three more things that have inexplicably been delayed.

Im waiting for an airfryer. Its been 2 weeks

I'm about to enter my 6th week of waiting for my parcel. It's a one-off piece so I'll be gutted if it doesn't arrive.

Mine has just arrived!

Mine was attempted to be delivered today to work where no one was so it has been returned to sender. The reason I specified it to go to work was I ordered on Monday with guaranteed 2 day delivery!

My Evri delivery lady is outstanding. I ordered a sweater from Weird Fish on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered before 12pm on Thursday!!

Our fab Evri driver posted on the local FB group last night to say he's had his route taken off him. 😒

I'm so bloody annoyed! I was waiting for Evri deliveries from three different companies. The ONE parcel that contains Christmas presents is the one that's been "delayed". I called the company today, they checked and said all they can do is refund me, argh! So I should be happy that they others arrived, but why did the bloody important one get lost?!

I've now had a double refund for my missing Evri parcel. From the retailer, and my CC co. Called CC to fess up and they still haven't taken it back off me.

Yes I have this too, it says I requested a return but I haven’t even received it, STRESSING!!

Friend had note left from evri to say that they couldn't deliver his parcel as they couldn't find his address (?????) and it was able to be picked up from depot 25 miles away. He doesn't drive, but arranged a lift to depot, to be told it wasn't there and they had lost it...

I've had this before. They claimed there was no one home to receive the parcel on 2 occasions when the address was a drop off shop open from 7am -11pm daily!!!! Ok then! 😅. If it helps it did go back though (eventually) and I did get a refund as a result. Won't help if it's last minute Xmas presents though

I ordered small furniture item from Wayfair 4pm 7 December. It arrived via Evri the next day!

Last Christmas, one of the EVRI delivery routes in our small town had no delivery person assigned to it because they were struggling to recruit. We had quite a few parcels go missing/get delayed. I found that if I diverted the package to my local
parcel shop as soon as I got the Evri ‘we have your parcel’
email of doom, it usually arrived there safely a day or so later and I could collect it myself. Not ideal but better than it sitting in a sorting depot/ditch/dumping ground for weeks.

I ordered make up from Victoria Beckham this week and it arrived the next day via Evri.
