Stupidly difficult work quiz

Seasons greetings!

The stupidly difficult work quiz is back for those of you that remember (@rosegoldwatcher).

Basically there are a series of very hard puzzles to solve - each puzzle solve gives you a password to move onto the next stage.

I've already managed to solve stage one myself (go me!) but I've ground to a halt as usual on the second stage (which consists of 8 individual puzzles to solve).

Here's a couple of puzzles i'm stuck on - any help much appreciated!

13 could be the Colour Purple

13 is The Princess Bride

19 is Drive

baffled that the questions seems to end "and _uco"

missing 18 as well (got my numbers mixed up!)

17 is citizen Kane

I think the Ring one might actually be Ringu?

I think 18 is called ghost in the shell

I'm going to suggest to our local pub quiz that they should revise it to include a meta stage each week

Oooh - never see this before, I love it! I'm bloody useless (the only ones I got were borders and a few flags), but I am in awe, especially of film knowledge.

All correct. We've solved that one now - the answer was 'the good, the bad and the ugly'.

Speaking of next round.....anyone used to be a gamer back in the day....?

So far I (think) I've got 6 = tomb raider, 9 = guitar hero, 10 = crash bandicoot, 16 = pong, 31 = lemmings

Came on to contribute 5, 8, 9,10 and 14 - all of which had been solved.

1 is worms I think

Is 7 Mortal Kombat? Or maybe 22 is?!

My DH would be good at this round. Shame he's at work!
