DH is just about to pop to Tesco’s but nothing he is suggesting is jumping out at me…

whats everyone having, need some inspiration…

We’ve just had a beef and veg stir fry with cashew nuts. It was lovely. Had it early because DH was heading out to work.

I can confirm it goes with wine 😁.

Homemade pizzas and salad. Ham and pineapple for me; olives, nduja and ham for DH and DS. I make the dough in the kenwood chef and I batch cook the pizza sauce.

IKEA meatballs with a spicy tomato sauce and pasta

A Tesco finest choux wreath type thing which is trial 😉 to see if it is any good to have in the freezer for around Christmas. First impression on opening is it looks NOWHERE as near impressive as it does on the box 🤦‍♀️

DH is going to see if he can get a bit venison to go with this recipe

But I also love risotto on a Saturday night, or mostly sitting in the kitchen drinking wine while DH cooks it!!!

We had a massive meat/ cheese board and bread with fish pate

Cheese and biscuits! Plus nice chutneys and pickles and pate. DH and DD are having homemade burgers but I detest burgers. So I'm cracking open the Christmas stuff with a view to replacing it later this month!
