DH is just about to pop to Tesco’s but nothing he is suggesting is jumping out at me…

whats everyone having, need some inspiration…

Brief - It has to go with wine!

Cod and chips and tartare sauce from our local amazing chippy. Was utterly delicious.

We had homemade bean burgers with corn on the cob and assorted frozen potato products as I try to free up freezer space and use up ends of bags so there were some skinny fries, potato balls and smiley faces. A bit random but tasty nonetheless.

Chicken stew with lentils, carrots & squash

I did a lovely tea; slow roasted duck in tamarind/soy/honey rice and stir fried vegetables.
