Brussels sprouts, heaven or hell?

Who loves them and who hates them?
I loved them and could eat a whole plateful.
DH hates them 😁

Well I love them NOW that we par boil them then fry them in garlic butter, add pine nuts, bits of crispy bacon and finish them off with a sprinkling of parmesan.

But the brussel sprouts served up circa 1988, nope.

Especially pan fried with lardons.

Yum! I had visions of this amazing dish for Christmas last year and it was a soggy mess! I'd pre-prepared the sprouts and frozen them the week before and then they'd turned to mush when they defrosted! Devastated!

Love them. Even just microwaved I would eat a plateful. Goes really well with cheese. I know it sounds awful but really works

Love them. Usually lightly boiled, but also wonderful thinly shredded and floating in miso soup.

Love them. Just plain boiled like we ate them in the 80's before pancetta was invented 😂

Pasta in cheese sauce and Brussels on the side is Lovely and they are one of the best things about winter as frozen ones are nasty
