Is anyone else struggling to get onto the O2 app for the presale?

Yes, the app/website has had a crash. Lots of news reports about it. So annoying!

So annoying! I gave up my lunch break to get these tickets.

Did you have any luck Cat? Apparently some people have got lucky and managed to get tickets.

Yeah, can't get on it at all. Frustrating. Am supposed to be working. My son asked for them for Christmas. Looks like he's going to have to think again!

Still trying here, 02 not working at all but we also have Three presale. Got from 7000th in the queue to the front, had them in my basket but by then the Three app was down so couldn't get a code!! Going to keep trying and will also try Saturday.

Can't get tickets! Been on app and website since before 10. Neither loading. First time I've ever used O2 Priority. Despite the weak placating messages by O2 and Virgin they are obviously not bothered about fixing the issue. They will get all their tickets sold and do not care about genuine fans wanting to buy their 2 or 4 tickets. Trying on Saturday will be just as bad. I'm not bothering now. So one less in the mythical queue!

about 10.45, 4 tickets for the o2 in Jan

One of their many tricks is to drip feed the tickets to keep the demand high. So 5k go onsale today. then the same tomorrow. if the artist uses dynamic pricing then the cost of the tickets will stay high

I’m still trying, been reloading o2 priority all day without success. Always times out at some point.

We got tickets for Birmingham in July.

I'm gutted. The tickets aren't even for me. They're for a sick family member

O2 has now told me they can’t send me any more codes - and none of the ones they have sent have got me through to the site 😭
